Well, after causing a kernel crash last night, I have managed to get the IPv6 addresses responding to external requests now.

So if you have a IPv6 address or a IPv6 tunnel, you can connect to IRONFIST over IPv6!

Class Mentors are a new rank introduced in Cataclysm in the IRONFIST WoW division. But what exactly are class mentors?

Let us first look at the IRONFIST rank structure.

2. XO/Bankers
3. Class Officers
4. Class Mentors
5. Raiders
6. Man at Arms
7. Alts
8. Trial Members
9. Guild Friend

Guild Friend is a rank meant for former members of IRONFIST or friends of IRONFIST members who would like to be in guild for socializing or casual guild activities. Trial Members is a rank which is used for potential members which we wish to extend a invitation for membership to however would like to take some time to evaluate the suitability of the potential member. The Alt rank is meant for alternate characters of full members such as Man at Arms, Raiders or Class Mentors.

Man at Arms is the full member rank which grants a number of privileges to members such as guild bank access.

The Raider rank is the rank at which members will be promoted to for raiding within IRONFIST and grants additional access to the guild bank. This rank will be the first choice for progression fights on raid nights.

Class Officers are the main members of the Officer Core, and could also be XO's or bankers. These will be the people you will seek if you have having problems within the guild.



Now, onto class mentors. Class Mentors will be the people you will approach for assistance with your character. If you need help speccing out a character or if you need assistance with spell rotation, strategy or other aspects of your class then these are the people you want to approach.

There may not always be a class mentor for your specific class and spec and in that case it would be best to approach either a class mentor of a similar role, or your class officer and they will then direct you to the best person to address your questions to or address them themselves. Class members will be appointed by the officer core and will be chosen for their experience and skill level. Class Mentors will have their information regarding their mentor ship in their player note to allow ease of identification.
